Tim Flaherty is a finance professional with over 15 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, business performance management, and data analytics.

Throughout his career, Tim has helped organizations from growing companies to Fortune 500 and private equity-backed businesses make sense of their financial numbers. His work has focused on identifying growth opportunities, improving business processes, and turning complex financial data into clear insights that leaders can use to make confident decisions.

But Tim realized something important over the years.

Large companies have entire finance teams helping them track performance, manage cash flow, and plan for growth. Most small businesses don’t.

That’s why Tim founded Flaherty Financials.

His mission is to bring the same level of financial insight and strategic guidance used by large companies to local small businesses that often don’t have access to dedicated financial leadership.

Through Flaherty Financials, Tim partners with business owners to provide services such as bookkeeping, financial reporting, cash flow management, dashboard development, and fractional CFO support. His goal is simple: help business owners gain clarity around their finances so they can make confident decisions and grow stronger, more profitable businesses.
